I think you may have to wait for VS Pro for those kinds of features.

I can confirm that BluRay was no no longer available under create disc when I tested VS12 quite some time ago now.

If I am not mistaken, 'HD Rec' means HD content burned on regular DVDs. I also doubt it is a Sony license problem. It might simply be a Corel thing to force you to buy DVD MovieFactory.

Has anyone who has taken v12 for a test drive noticed if they addressed the deletion of related clips like the audio track when in ripple editing mode? (That is one of my pet peeves.)

Thanks,
Vicki

Well if that is the case, big mistake, IMO!.

Yes, and it's been reported on a couple of other threads that v11 is being offered at a reduced price, which would lead me to believe that v12 will be released (dare I say) soon.

Seems Japan now have VS12plus available to them.
Anyone care to try and translate the new features? I'm very much hoping the new version unlocks the crippled HD encoding of VS11.5 (MF7 is oh so nearly there). I've got so much HD encoding to do waiting on improved options within codecs and multicore support.

Anyway, features should be indicative of what we (eventually) get?

Putting the Japanese website into this link appears to translate most of the text.
