Where is the patches for shop pro X to work with Windows Vista
I cant downlaoad from the site . when I try it dont fully download

this is what it says on the site

We have released a 10.10 update patch which adds support for the Windows Vista(tm) operating system to Paint Shop Pro X. If you are NOT using the Vista Operating System, then there is no need to install this update.

NOTE: Before installing the Vista update, you must have Paint Shop Pro X updated to version 10.03. You can find out what version you are currently using by opening Paint Shop Pro X and going to Help | About Paint Shop Pro. If it does not report version 10.03, then click here to obtain patches up to version 10.03. Make sure to install patches in sequential order (10.01, then 10.02, and then 10.03).

The 10.10 Vista support patch is available at the following Links. Click appropriate link for your language version of Paint Shop Pro X. We recommend first saving the file to your computer hard drive. Once downloaded, run the file to update Paint Shop Pro X to the Vista compliant version.

I can only see a Vista update patch for Paint shop Pro XI I see no patches for Paint Shop Pro X (10)

Paint Shop Pro 10.01 Release Notes

Corel® Paint Shop Pro® 10.01 Update is now available.
This maintenance release contains 9 fixes for general issues, plus 10 Camera Raw improvements, 5 TIFF format fixes, and 2 JP2K format fixes. It is recommended for all users.

General Fixes

* The Browser palette's auto-scroll feature now stops when you select a thumbnail.
* IPTC data edited via the Browser palette is now correctly saved.
* Problems with adjusting Date Taken field on JPEG files have been fixed.
* Problems launching Paint Shop Pro by double-clicking an image have been fixed.
* The Date Taken field can now be set to dates prior to 1970.
* Problems with saving paletted images have been fixed.
* Saving 24-bit files to EPS/IFF/PCT/XWD formats no longer gives an incorrect message that the bit depth needs to be changed to 24-bit.
* The Image > Arithmetic command now correctly clips color values.
* Merging vector layers while the layer name is in rename mode no longer causes problems.
* If you eject a CD while the Browser palette is generating thumbnails, Paint Shop Pro no longer becomes unstable.

Camera Raw Improvements

* EXIF data is now fully supported in Camera Raw formats.
* Camera Raw de-mosaicing quality has been improved.
* The auto-rotate feature now works with Camera Raw files.
* Nikon D50 Camera raw files are now supported.
* Canon EOS Kiss Digital N Camera Raw files are now supported.
* Olympus E-1, E-10, and E-20 Camera Raw files are now supported.
* Canon Rebel XT/350D Camera Raw thumbnail quality has been improved.
* Kodak DC760C Camera Raw thumbnail quality has been improved.
* Pentax *istD Camera Raw thumbnail quality has been improved.
* With the cursor over a Browser palette thumbnail of certain Camera Raw files, the tooltip info that appears no longer reports color photos as greyscale.

TIFF Format Fixes

* TIFF files containing multiple alpha channels are now saved correctly.
* IPTC metadata is now correctly read from and saved to TIFF files.
* Resolution settings are now saved correctly in CMYK TIFF files.
* Problems with some CMYK TIFF files not generating preview thumbnails have been fixed.
* Problems saving CMYK and RGB TIFF files have been fixed.

JPEG 2000 (J2K) Format Fixes

* Problems with JPEG 2000 (JP2) files containing transparency have been fixed.
* Color shift issues when saving layered files to JPEG 2000 format have been fixed.

There is a patch from Corel for PSP-X to make it work on Vista. it's version 10.10. After you install 10.01, .02, & .03 you can install 10.10 for Vista. Worked great for me. It used to be on their ugrade/patch llist. But tonight I see it isn't there, but it is still listed (with link) in the Corel knowledge Base. Just search psp X and question Vista Patch. You should see it there.

It sounds like you have the right page for the PSP 10.10 patch links (http://support.corel.com/scripts/rightn ... qid=760272, but you're having problems downloading it. It's a fairly large file (about 45 MB), and will be more reliably downloaded using a good download manager.
