When using VS11+, is it possible to remove the opening scene of the entire project from the Chapter Menu? It's currently displayed as much larger on my Chapter Menu, than the size of the individual chpater scenes.
Secondly, is it possible to have the opening scenes of up to 6 chapters displayed on page one of the Chapter Menu?
