Upgrade policy to DVDWS1.2

I have the opportunity to purchase the upgrade version of DVDWS1.2 and would like to know if I qualify for being able to upgrade from other Ulead products. I have Movie factory Disc creator 3 and 4 and VideoStudio 7, 8 and 9 installed.
There does not appear to be any upgrade policy information on Ulead website that confirms eligble programs.

how much would your version 1.2 cost?

At this moment, the better program would be DVD WS 2.0 Express, and you can upgrade from a full version of DVD MovieFactory 3.0DC

Less than £10 and yes I realise that the express version of 2.0 is available and looks great, but don't want to spend that amount of money just yet.

so is your question whether your version 1.2 upgrade software disc will load based on your current installed software? I don't know the answer, I just want to make sure I understand the question

Yes thats correct. Now that version 1.2 has been discontinued I can't find what the original upgrade policy was!
