Unable to install.

Everytime I try to install the program I purchased I get this error. Error: -1610 The configuration data for this product is corrupt. Contact your support personnel.

I have tried everything I can think of to get this to work and it still will not install.

You haven't even told us which version you are trying to install and on what system.

Since you have (not) done everything possible yet, have a read of this post, gather the relevant detail and try again.

I am using an XP machine with Photoimpact X3

Try downloading it again - you probably have a corrupt file.

I downloaded the file a couple of times and tried to install the program on another computer and it worked. I had the trial version and it would not let me use the registration code on it so I removed the trial and tried to install it again with the software from the link that was in the email after I purchased it and I got that error. I removed all the references to in the registry and its still did not work. I had version 12 on another machine so I tried it on that system and it worked just fine. Seems that it¡¦s only the X3 version.
