I have PSP 8. It works well in my computers xp, but in Vista (Toshiba
P205 S7476) I can click on any jpg file (default program is PSP) it will load PSP, but "can't find the file". I can load the file from the PSP program ok. The PSP will accept pspimage extension and *.bmp files direct from the
file..
Is there a cure for this problem?

PSP8 and Vista conflicts
I have Paint Shop Pro 8 and now have a computer
with Vista. Eventhough I have PSP8 as default for
any jpg, when I click on the file, PSP can't find it.
Going from the PSP program to the file will bring
it up. What do I do?

Paint Shop Pro 8 was developed before Vista and there are no Vista update patches available for it. The first Vista patch was for PSP X1
You could try running the program in compatibility mode and you may or may not be lucky.
Your other options are:
1. Upgrade to PSP X2
2. Dual Boot
3. Use your other computer that has XP.
