Videostudio 11 plus installation
I downloaded the vs11 plus trial and liked it. I bought the disks. The installation of the new disks deleted the download and now vs11 won't load because the previous version is not an acceptable upgrade.

Yes, the upgrade disc has a serial number but the installation requires the serial number from the previous version. That is the one I don't have. The order confirmation says that a serial number and order number would be emailed within 30 minutes of the order but there was no email.

Ok I got it now.
Sounds like Corel have sent you an upgrade version instead of a totally new version.
Not really much anyone can do on this board as none of us are connected to Corel in any way.
All I can see is that you need to contact Corel to get access to the full program.
If all this proves too difficult for Corel to sort out there is a 30 day money back deal. If necessary get your money back and go to the beginning and start agin if you still feel like it!
