Win Vista.
Need to uninstall then reinstall due to problems, for some reason windvd will no longer run mts files.
My Installation disk tells me to uninstall everything, there is no repair option.
Have been to the corel site which gives full instructions on this, but my machine says I need permission to access files. MS help tells me how to reset permissions, but the buttons are 'greyed', not active. Probably the wrong place for this, but could anyone please lead me through this one? This is getting in deep for me, registry stuff!

Uninstall WinDVD or VideoStudio?
For your access problem with Vista, you need to be in an Admin account, or at least have Admin permissions, do you ?
When you go to the Control Panel, to remove the program do you get prompted for entering a password for the Admin account? If so enter the password.
