Hi Guys
Have just upgraded to the DMF 6Plus the other day, after installing the program (which during the install had a number of birthdays and became the legal age for the pension) noticed the patches, my question is do I need to install the patches as well.

With MF6+, Patch#2 is a critical update. You need to install it. Patch#2 fixes many problems.
Also make sure to download and install the latest version of "Direct X 9.0C dated Novermber 2007"

Thanks for that.
I did an exercise with the other computer, it had the same version then I ran the November Direct X udate.exe. It ran through the the usual and said will check your files and update and so on, during the process of checking the files it said it was copying new files? after it completed its job checked to see the version and no change then checked the files and it had copied or replaced 17 files
Here is a list of the files that were updated
Microsoft.DirectX.Direct3D.dll: 9.05.0132.0000 English Final Retail 3/7/2008 10:39:23 473600 bytes

So does this mean it does not matter what the version says it is for OS XP?
But find the latest update and run it.
Now will check the computer when I get home that installed PI X3 and see if it copied the same files.
