I could use a little guidance here on authoring. Using VS11+
I have made a dozen or so "project' files and saved them as completed ready to burn (Blu-ray) files to hard drive. Each plays well when recorded to a disk.
I wish to author them as one long movie with a chapter at each "project" so I can click through them.
Here is where I have difficulties. Adding all the files to the project line.
VS11+ menu appears to want to add more than one menu. using the templates there always multible boxes to choose which chapter to start at.
I cant seem to get rid of them.
All I want is a background picture and a start button.(maybe music)
I want the title screen to hold until I get back from the 'frige.
I don't want any more menus.
I want to be able to click through each chapter (individual project)
At the end, I would like it to end, not go back to the menu.

Authoring a DVD
I read the authoring tutorial through a coupla time and still wasn't coming up with the answer to make it work properly. I finally realized I had to go all the way back to the time line and start over from there.
I opened each finished project file /BDMV/stream/****.M2TS file and inserted it on the time line.
Skipped to the end of that file and added a chapter mark (right ckick on the itty bitty line above the time line and choose add chapter mark).
Then go to the create disk and choose a mentu template. After unchecking "create chapter menus" as stated in you tutorial, now I have only one menu.
It still wants to go to the main menu when the whole movie is done. I see a check box that looks like it controls this but it dosen't seem at have the proper effect.
Two other problems that have surfaced.
1. I have Blu-Ray editions of Win DVD, Power DVD, and NERO. this movie will not play at all on WINDVD or Power DVD and it starts at the movie with no opening menu on Nero's Showtime. It plays perfectly ,menu and all on my Playstation 3.
2. I first made the movie and saved to hard drive like making a DVD. Usually I will then burn it to DVD wit Nero.
I can't see any way to burn the the Hard drive files to a Blu-ray disk. Nero writes it to the disk as data and it will not work as a movie. I don't see any option to create Blu-ray movie from files anywhere.
I had to recreate the movie straight to disk from VS11+
and it still won't just end.....
