VideoStudio messed up my DVD player. Help!

Hi,

I downloaded the free trial version of Video Studio, but for some reason it wouldn't install...I kept getting "fatal error" towards the end of the installation.

When I play any DVD on my computer now the video is just a small box in the right corner. How can I fix this? I've deleted all the files which were installed in the programs folder (ulead folder)

Welcome to the forum. Help us to help you by filling in the pc related info in your forum profile.

I would suggest you first try re-installing Real Player and see if the effect persists.

did you try to run un-install on Videostudio?

Also, as 2dog says, re-install Real Player.

Let us know if it is fixed.
