VideoStudio 10+ crashes when creating 5.1 DVDs

I am having problems creating 5.1 (AC 3) DVDs. When I change the settings for 5.1 disc creating, VideoStudio 10+ crashes as soon as press the burn button. Is this a programme fault or could it be a sound card problem (my sound card is an Advance AC97)? It will create stereo DVDs just not 5.1 DVD¡¦s :cry:
