videostudio 11 will not install

videostudio 11 will not install
I upgraded from VS10 plus to VS11Plus. I had to go through all the rigamarole to delete all existing vs10 files, and now the vs 11 will not even install....a message pops up that the install shield failed. How can I get the program installed?

Seems your attempts to remove VS10 may have something to do with it.
