Video studio 11.5 plus and multicore.

Post by Shika »

Hello, i've just migrated for vita 64bits and first point, video studio work on 64bits but in 32bits, don't surprised but disappointed.

That i don't hunderstand is why my amd fx62 cpu charge is only arround 50% during encoding. This program it is a false multithread program or there is a option to activate?

Ps: Sorry for my bad english, i'm french.

Thanks.

There are no particular settings to set in order to use VideoStudio with multi core processors. I think you will find it is normal on multi core processors to see them working at lower % rates than on single core where often during rendering the processor is stuck at 100%

Although written for MSP8, the info here is probably equally relevant to VS.
