You need to do what you think is necessary, but I didn't see anything on your site that is really out of date because of VS9 being released. The tips and techniques are all still very useful from what I can see.
In addition, not everyone is going to upgrade to VS9 right away, if ever.
The links are also invaluable. I'm sorry to see this resource disappear.

Look at Jerry Jones: He didn't take away his superb VS7 tutorial instructions just because we upgraded to UVS8. We can still benefit from them, and if there's a question we can ask it on the forum and get good extra pointers.
So Michael: Listen to the people you've helped! Don't go!
