Photo Explorer 8.5 won't start

I just purchased Photo Explorer 8.5. I downloaded and installed the software. When I click on the icon, it recognizes that I have clicked on the icon, but the program won't start...

Please help...

There must be something wrong with the Photo Explorer you have installed on your computer. Reinstall the software to refresh the program files. Go to Control Panel then "Add/Remove Programs". Uninstall Photo Explorer then reinstall it using the install CD.
