Just doing some quick reading on the Zen M, I would guess that you need to use whatever software came with your device to transfer images, music and video to it. It comes with a USB cable, so Windows should recognize it, and is treated just like a hard drive.
According to the Specs for your device it can use any of the following; Video Playback Format4: MPEG1/2/4-SP, WMV9, Motion-JPEG, compatible DivX® 4 and 5, XviD and AVI., Photo Format: JPEG (GIF, TIFF, PNG and BMP). The latter 3 photo formats need to be transcoded with the software bundled with the device.

Hi mate,
When I try to transfer it says it exeeds my players capability as it is too large,i have reduced to 320x180 but it still will not transfer.
What I was wondering was when you finish a project on the bvideo studio there is an option to export to media device.
Which one of these should I render it to please.

The resolution for your device is 320 x 240, so it should be able to handle video with that resolution or smaller. By too large I'm guessing that you may not have enough storage space available.
I would try using the WMV 320 x 240 15fps, or one of the ipod 320 x 240 screen resolutions.
Also try choosing Custom from the Create Video File menu. Then in the Create Video File dialog window, press the drop-down arrow beside Save as Type, and select MPG4. Now select the Options button, and go to the Compression tab. You have some options in the Video Type to select. You will probably need to experiment to find the Codec that will work. Once you select the Video type (actually the Codec), go back to the General tab where you can select the Frame Rate and Frame Sizes. The h.263 provides a wider range of those settings.
