Creating custom transitions/wipes or a place to find them?

I work with alot of halloween footage from various haunted attractions and was wondering what the easiest way to create custom transitions/wipes is, or if there is a site I may not know of that has downloadable one?

I'm looking for halloween style transitions, such as dripping blood, skulls, etc.

I know there are a few companies selling themed packs but generally they have only one or two in the pack I like...the rest just aren't worth the price to purchase the whole pack.

Digital Juice's Swipes can be used as transitions. They do have a Halloween theme.
