I have just purchased and downloaded VideoStudio 11 plus.

version 11.0.0157.0 Plus.
Does this version include the latest updates?
ie the hotfix and powerpack updates in Dec 2007

I'm not sure where you're located but the USA confirmation email includes links to download the VS11 Plus software as well as Content Pack, Bonus Content Pack and any bonus software that might have been included with purchase.
Power Pack 11.5, Update Pack, and Hotfix 01 are available at:

These updates are not integrated with the VS11 Plus installer. The hotfix is a pre-installation patch and the others should be run after you have successfully installed and activated VS11.

Can I just clarify something here...? 
The 'Hot Fix' is ONLY required if you run into the specific installation problem outlined in its Note. Do NOT install the hot fix unless you get that one problem.
Otherwise, you first install the patch dated 6 November which is at the BOTTOM of the list of three items on the VS11 update page on Ulead.com Then, if you have the Plus version of VS11, download the Hot Pack which is the middle item and dated 8 November. Those two (6 November patch and 8 November Hot Pack) will give you VS11+ version 11.5.0157.2.
But it bears repeating: ONLY install the Hot Fix if you have the single specified installation problem with the initial install of VS11.
