Importing video and movie files to DVD Factory

I am receiving an error messages stating "file format mismatch" whenever I try to import movies I downloaded on MP3 rocket to DVD Movie Factory 4 Disc creator? What am I doing wrong?

MP3 Rocket, one of those P2P file sharing things? What format is this video file in, and I doubt it will be DV, but hopefully at least MPEG-2 ?

I'm not sure DMF4 can handle DivX, Xvid files.

It is in an MPEG-2 format
