I found you contact on ulead forum and i saw that you have good knowledge about that soft.
Please could you help me with my problem?..
if i get the file from the camera SONY HDD DCR SR-50 ulead get the proces but it`s problem with sond format AC3 which is not compatible.
What can i do to get a right sound format?..

I reminded the sender of forum policy for moderators and senior members not to answer private emails.

That being said, VS8 could only process Dolby AC-3 audio with a US$30 plug-in which is no longer available. Your options are either to upgrade to a more recent version of Video Studio. Or you could try converting the video to another audio format using a conversion program like SUPER. You could also visit videohelp.com where there is a free AC-3 filter which will at least allow you to receive and play the AC-3 in VS 8, though you can't then produce a video using that format. It has to be converted to LPCM or mpeg layer 2 audio.
