I downloaded Ulead Version 11 and on a trial bases and get it to open, I am using Vista Preimer. The next quesiton is I recived Unled version 9 with some hardware I bought. Also, I contained One Touch Video Capture which i used to copy a video on my computer, but it won't find the file. I click on New Project nothing happens. If I use Open Project a window comes up but won't show the file. It is looking for a Unlead Video Studio 9Project File so it doesn't recognize the file there. Since this a a program tha came with the hard ware, does it not have help files, because when I click on Help, i get the message that help files are not available. If I use Unlead to capture the video there is no sound. Thank you.

Please read From Camcorder to DVD.

Manuals can be found here.

Maybe a moderator can move this thread to the VideoStudio forum.

You also need to be aware that Video Studio 9 will not work on a Vista computer.

You also don't say exactly what you are trying to capture from, using VS11. However, if it is from a DVD or a DVD camera or some other source which uses Dolby audio, then the trial version of VS does not contain the Dolby codec for licensing reasons. (Dolby requires a licence fee every time its codec is included, and since it is a trial version, Corel will not pay Dolby for a program which the user downloads free and may not buy.)
