activated trial vs11 movie wizard/audio filters don't work

Hi,

When I click on movie wizard and add the video, the next screen shows nothing and the process won't move any further! Also when I click on audio filters in the audio edit screen I get a fatal error!

Anyone else had this problem. Reasons, solutions?

Sorry, Just assumed it might be a generic fault with the software.
I have Acer 4520 laptop, 1.7 athlon 64 x2 (two core tk-53), 2gb 667 ram - running 32bit vista home, Nvidia 8400m graphics card 128mb memory and 512mb shared.
