...and it's 19 April here in Australia AND Taiwan (Ulead HQ) and still no trial is available...

Well they seem only to care when it comes to money cause when I asked them a question on a purchase I got a response in under 2 hours but my other question on how to eliminate my problem still lives on.


That's ok ULEAD, Ive bought at least 4 programs from you and purchased at least 10 copies of license items . I wont make the same mistake twice and wont recommend your product anymore either not to mention

I will take time to do those surveys at all those download places so I can say my two (2) cents worth. :x :x :x

My upgrade of Ver 9 was mailed in San Diego USA on Saturday 9th April and I received it on Friday 15th.

All installed and ready to go.

The point, though, David, is that no everyone out there wants to upgrade or buy the full program without first trying it out. This thread is about the **trial** version, not the full or upgrade version.

Trial version of VideoStudio 9 will be available on the end of April.

This just proves that what they say is very untruthful. over and over..


they are showing there support rating clearly.

To me the upgrade really means BETA TESTER, if the program were ready for release they would of had it in the trial area, and from all the posts of trouble I think they just wanted to use us again.
