Mask portion of image on screen?

I want to post a cute family video on YouTube, but there is a split second where my 7 year old is running past the screen with pajama's unzipped. You can't see anything, but I still don't want to post such an image online.

Does VideoStudio 11 Plus have the ability to black-out a portion of the screen? I tried simply cutting those few frames out, but then the action in the background, which is my two dogs chasing each other, gets lost -- and that's the funny part.
