I purchased PI about 5 yrs ago and have upgraded every version since then so why is it not showing in my list of products under my account? I tried to purchase the X3 upgrade last night via Paypal and was sent back to my cart stating i needed to choose another payment method. This is PROBABLY because the system doesn't know i've purchased anything hence am not eligible for a upgrade price. Same thing happened with Norton after PowerQuest sold their souls to the 'big dogs'. Anyone else have this problem?

I think you will find that you may have a problem with your Paypal Account which has nothing to do with eligibility for obtaining an upgrade. Paypal is an independent online "Banking" system.
Once you have obtained your software it will check to see if a product that entitles you to upgrade exists on your computer or it will prompt you to enter a serial number of that previous product.

Hi sjj1805,
Thanx for the reply.
No, nothings wrong with my PP account. It's verified and i've plently of funds in my checking account it's associated with. I purchase software on the net with it all the time. I could be wrong, but i still think it's what i said in the above post. Symantic did this to a lot of PowerQuests customers when they sold out.
