There is a problem with the latest drivers for the Matrox Parhelia, P-750, P-650 and other cards based on the Parhelia chipset. The problem driver is installed with the file named 2kxp109_00_055_hf.exe.
The problem presents as a memory error that comes up after closing MSPro7's Video Editor or VideoStudio9. This is something Matrox is working on and is not a Ulead issue.
The fix Matrox sent me is to open the Matrox's POWERDESK utility, go to DESKTOP MANAGEMENT and un-check the box next to AUTOMATICALLY SAVE/RESTORE WINDOWS POSITIONS.
I'm going to cross-post this to the Ulead user forums for both MSPro and VideoStudio.
