Movie Factory 6 Menu Selection

I am using 3 MS Photo Story .wmv files to build a show with MF6.

I can get each clip to show on the menu and on the preview I can move between clips using the navigation button on the relevant Movie Factory Screen but when I burn the disc and play it on the Tele DVD you cannot navigate between menu items it just plays them in sequential order. Am I missing something?
