Missing sound effects in VS9

What happen to all the sound effects. In VS9 there are only the files A01-A15. What happen to the clapping, dogs, graduation, cat calls....etc.

If you have the boxed version, look in the audio directory on the Bonus CD. If not, it must be in the extra download somewhere.
