Don't know, you need to ask them. That's not Corel or Ulead PhotoImpact. That is Nova's product. They always end their products with the Pro. With the exception of MediaStudio Pro, most all of Ulead's product line did not use the word Pro in the name.
You will also note that it is their version 11. They generally are about 2 versions behind Ulead/Corel.

The odd name
What was interesting for me - and I'm surprised it is not as interesting for Corel - is the identical name, even the spelling with no spaces between Photo and Impact and the registered trademark ® at the end of the name.
Going back revision or features was not my concern when originally posting. It was the identical name and the insane price.
I'm using Adobe CS3 and Ulead PhotoImpact for many years but never knew about the other product.

NOVA have been marketing Ulead PhotoImpact products in the US for quite a while. Whilst it is essentially Ulead PhotoImpact, the source code is slightly modified and NOVA bundle other product with it. Apart from the fact that NOVA PI Pro will not install if there is another version of PhotoImpact present in your system and the inability of applying PI updates and patches to it, it is functionally identical to Ulead PI. Whether or not this arrangement will be continued by Corel, I don't know. The pro version has always been lagging behind the Ulead releases. PI Pro 11 was released after, or about hte same time as Ulead released PI 12. The Pro code was claimed to be more stable by its users but that is only a subjective judgment, not supported by empirical data. I do know that some of the PI problems persisted in PRO while others, fixed by Ulead patches in their versions, were not. This can simply be attributed to the time lag between releases. NOVA incorporated Ulead fixes into their code. The price difference would be due to the additional content bundled with PhotoImpact.
By the way, Corel still call the product "ULEAD PhotoImpact" and not Corel PhotoImpact
