NO NEED TO SHOUT MAN! 8)

Just tell us where you can't write the "@" character. The web site might have a different character set and interprets your keystrokes differently. Just hammer all your keyboard characters into that field until you get the right one, note down which one that is and use it instead of the key on your keyboard showing the @.

If you mean that when you press the keyboard key with the [@] symbol but something else appears then the problem is that your copy of @Windows has the wrong keyboard layout selected.

You need to go to the Windows Control Panel
You have not completed your Image so that we can then view your operating system.

Using XP as the example you then select
[Regional And Language Options]
[Languages]
[Details]
Then complete the correct settings for your region and keyboard layout.
