Hello,
I have Video Studio 9 and running Windows XP.
Lately I have been getting this problem where after I load
a couple of video clips and then start to preview what I have,
the preview screen turns black. The timeline bar is running across
the clip but nothing is showing. Usually, I have to exit and then come
back in several times before it will work.
It also has happened where I have loaded just one video clip and
then added a overlay. When I try to move the overlay or resize it,
everything will turn black. (The overlay is another video clip)
Anyone know what I am doing wrong?
Thanks,
Bill

When you get this error please press the CRL-ALT-DEL keys together and bring up windows task manager, then check to see how much RAM is being used. At this stage I suspect a video card / RAM issue preventing the computer from being able to update the screen.
