Continuously scrolling credits

Post by dazzler2 »

I've just completed a project using using VS9 and have two pages of credits which I can't get to scoll properly together without a break in credits between both pages. Each page scrolls separately in a proper manner, but I'd like no breaks between pages if possible. I would like it to appear as one very long page of scrolling credits. Has anyone had experience with this who may help me?

Regards,
Don

Is there a tutorial from the split-screen-scrolling-titles that you don't have to pay for?

Would really like to do this for a project, but can't seem to find anything other than this reference link.

Hi LGO

There are a few ways to create this effect
Ok try
Place video in main track.
Add a Colour Clip to the overlay track, resize and position leaving half the video in view,
Fade the colour clip ¡¥ In and Out¡¦
Create a Scrolling title over the colour clip.

Or
Place the video in the Overlay track, resize and position to left.
Create scrolling text to Right.

So you didn't look at the very first link I gave you then?
VS 9: Star Wars Style Scrolling Text

Windows Movie Maker is built into XP so you already have it.
