Additional Filters with UVS 7SE

I have VS 7 SE. It is missing many of the filters, such as cropping. I tried downloading the Effects Engine from here but when I try to install it I get an error stating VS is already installed and I need to uninstall it before proceeding. Am I doing something wrong or will this not work with 7 SE?

It is highly likely to be a product of being an SE version. I don't recall anything about filters in that version, but I certainly know, for instance, that VS7 SE has only a limited number of transitions, and does not include the popular cross fade one.

There are 24 transitions that will work with UVS 7 / 7SE (including a crossfade) in the free Burger Transitions.

Yes, I have all the Burger transitions. Now I'm looking for filters like crop.
