Adding Photo Edges in PI 11?

I found a page that gives you free photo edges to use. However, the instructions they give you for adding them to PI are confusing.

I'm trying to add these so I can use them. Anyone have any better instructions for how to do this?

There is a proper tutorial here http://debdehaven-tuts.pircnet.com/pi5/makingmasks/.

It is for version 5 but should work similarly in all versions. Which version are you using?

Do you know of any other places that have Photo Edges to download?

Nope. If I want any more I make them the way I like them myself.

How to do that is also explained in the tut, fantasy and creativity will have to be supplied by you.
