What possibly happened is that due to the current problems with the Web Board where posts are sometimes taking a long time to enter, a poster may have pressed the [Submit] button again causing a duplicate post and then a moderator/administrator may have deleted the duplicate post.
This would cause the email to be sent to you but obviously the post is no longer in existance.
