Trial Version Video Studio Help Please

Post by Julie »

Hello, I downloaded the trial version and burned my first DVD. It seemed to work flawlessly until I tried to play the DVDs back. I previously was using Cyberlink and burned to the same DVDs, DVD-RW in VR format, that I used this time and they played on my video recorder and computer just fine.

I can't get these movies I just made on Video Studio to play back on my computer or my recorder. Because I have previously used these DVDs before, I know it's not the drive or recorder. Please let me know if you have any ideas and suggestions. I appreciate your help.

Thank you,

Julie

Thank you both for the quick responses. I'm sorry I didn't give you enough information. I actually figured out the problem. The last program I used, Cyberlink, ran my DVDs in format VR which was what I wanted. Ulead didn't work when I used the VR format. I tried it with DVD-Video and it worked beautifully :D

Thank you again for taking the time to answer me. It's greatly appreciated. Time to purchase Ulead!!!
