Creating additional Sub-Chapters

Post by jnfrlove »

Hello,
I know that I can have a main menu; I also know that any video selection can lead to a chapter menu.

What about if I want these "chapters" to have "sub-chapters"? Can I have an additional sub-sub-menu? How do I do this?

Thanks
Jennifer

You would need other software such as DVD Workshop 2

Sub-Chapters

Thank you for your reply. I just downloaded the trial version of DVD Workshop2.

Do you know how to join video clips? In DVD MovieFactory, I added clips, joined them and then added chapters. Do you know how to do this in DVD Workshop2?

Thanks!

I consider joining and cutting to be video editing.
for video editing I use one of my editing programs such as
MediaStudio
VideoStudio

I use DVD Workshop for authoring.
Having created a newly edited video using a video editing suite I then import that video into DVDWS and create my chapters and menus.

I have not tried the join and fast export functions that are contained in MovieFactory but I think that is what might be the easiest thing for you to do using your existing software.
