how do I create Mirror images

I have some negatives and pictures that have been scanned so they are Backwards (Mirror images) I want to change them back the right way around but cannot find a way of doing it. obviously "Flip" & Rotate" only turn the picture around so thats no good
Does anyone know how to do it please

If by 'mirror' you mean they're inverted, try Adjust -> Invert.

If they're reversed, hit 'Q' for the transform tool and try either Flip Horizontally, or Flip Vertically.
