Welcome to the Board. We need a lot more information. Please read the top sticky post on this Board which says "Please read this before posting" -- http://phpbb.ulead.com.tw/EN/viewtopic. ... 1454#41454 . Then come back with the information and someone may be able to help. In particular, we need to know what the original file properties were and the exact file properties of the mpeg-4. Right click on both the original and the final mpeg-4 and copy down all their properties here please.

Describe your problem:
when i share or create a mp4 files the audio becomes choppy
Properties of your source files (format, file size, where did you get it?):

my friend gave this
Project Properties (important):

Output format (file, DVD, VCD, SVCD):
Ipod, zune, PSP (h264 and mpeg4) = audio is choppy
i tried to create WMV file to see if the problem will happen but no, the results is good. no choppy

Well what I see is that your not using correct Project settings. Since your source file is a DivX encoded video file, it uses the avi container, not MPEG.
Try changing your Project Properties to match as close as possible, if not exactly, of that of your source Video clip. To edit DivX you need the DivX or Xvid codec installed. Then after editing, output to the format of your choice.
