If I import 50 clips,how to do for organizing them in 5 thumbnails (chapters) on the menu.Now I have as much chapters as imported clips !

You'll need to select all the clips that you want to join into one chapter; then, click the "Join Video" button. The clips will be joined, and you can then click the "Add/Edit Chapters" button to view and adjust the chapters in each "video". I am learning this application too, and the User Manual isn't too helpful.
