Chpters not showing on DVD

Chpters not showing on DVD
Where did I go wrong-In VS11+ .I used Steves Menu and after changing the font and title etc 8 chapters were added each one showing in the window.On the completed DVD menu only the whole project displayed but non of the chapters.Or is it that I just dont know how to access them via the remote control.....Ken
