I was using Video Studio when I registered. Then I changed my ISP from w5lon@sbcglobal.net to w5lon@cox.net and I can no longer login there.

What mechanism exists for an ISP change?Not sure what the solution will be to your situation - but a pragmatic approach might be to set up a yahoo or gmail email account to use for such registration, leaving you unaffected when changing ISP's. It's quite a hassle changing ISP, along the lines of changing banks.
