Window with error message.

Hi, I`ve problem with UVS9. Come on window all time " Load from stream error" and in video library is empty preview. I uninstall all UVS9 and install once more. Its the same problem.

Pleace help my, sorry my English not got..

Welcome to the forum. Can you tell us what kinds of files you are trying to open? Or whether you are trying to capture video? If so, what from? If it is a video clip, please right click on it in the Video Studio timeline or library area and copy ALL its properties here please...

All kinds of files open good but I`ve one empty file in video library. I can`t delete this. When I do something the error window come on. I sent print screen to your email .
