Help files missing

The subject says it all, I downloaded the main file in the link, plus the other files to make it 11.5plus (I hope - cos thats what I paid for) but get no extras or help files. Why do Ulead make it so difficult for purchasers?

Where do I get my help files from and any other content for that matter?
