Creating a Template

I have Video Studio 10 Plus. When I create Photo Shows I have to spend time deleting and inserting effect transition I don't like. Is there anyway that I can create a Template File that I can use to insert photos and keep the effects in the template. I use to have this in Adobe Premiere but can't seem to find it in Studio 10 Plus.
