blurring when preparing for web

I have ulead videostudio11. I made a slide show with titles for youtube. I tried to share it online by clicking 'best quality'. The titles and pictures were blurred after this process. What's wrong???

They were blurry when viewing them on YouTube? That's probably normal, as YouTube's compression makes everything look terrible. If the file, before uploading to YouTube, is blurry then there may be another problem...
