What can I do to download TBYB photoImpact 10 after computer crashed (again). The messages I received said that the softare is installed on too many computers which is BS.
I can't contact Ulead by e-mail - they made it extremely hard to get advice.
Cheers,
Rene

Why do you want to download PI 10 TBYB??
There is no place to download such old trial versions. After PI 10 came PI 11 then PI 12 and now Corel PI X3. Only the latest versions are available as TBYB.
A trial version will work for a period set in the software. After that, it won't work. Installing it again will only give you the message that your trial has expired.
It is very hard to get support from Ulead because you might be barking up the wrong tree. Ulead was first taken over by InterVideo which was taken over by Corel. Hence, if you need support, go to Corel. I doubt that they will support PI 10 TBYB questions though.

I want it because I paid for it and no longer have it on my computer.
This happened before and I just reinstalled the unlock code when the program fired up.
Now it says that it doesn't want to give me the code any more because it thinks I have installed it on too many computers (which I haven't).
I just want to run the software I paid for!
Any suggestions?
Cheers,
Renoir

Time to upgrade
Despite my lack of enthusiasm for X3 because it has few new features, if you haven't upgraded since v10 you are missing out on a lot of good features. I'm running v.11 and it has some great features compared to v.10. I think you can upgrade for about $50 to X3. I like to burn a cd of software I purchase online and I include a text file that has the serial number, previous version serial number, and any unlock codes.
