Trouble activating

Post by shrouded_sherpa »

I've followed the instructions provided by the knowledge base at least 8 times. I copy/pasted the serial key each time I attempted to activate. Each time I finish I get a message saying it was successful and to restart the program, so I do. After I've reopened the program I still don't have access to all the functions. All functions except "playlist" are grayed out and I cannot click them. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and activating then to no avail. I've activated and then restarted my computer and that didn't help, either. Any ideas?
