help file help please.

OK...tried buying the boxed version of Cool 3D Production Studio......site kept giving me the message there was a problem with the site. So, as much as I hate doing it, I downloaded the program. It seems that the DL version doesn't come with a help file. Going on Corels site is an exercise in frustration-there seems to be no way to contact tech support, I kept going around in circles clicking on the different links that were SUPPOSED to get me tech support. Kept ending up on the same page telling me how to contact tech support. AAAAaaaaarrrgggh!

I am pretty unfamiliar with the workings of Cool 3D so I went to the "Help" to learn the functions - no "Help"

Tried doing a search for help file on Corel/Ulead site....no luck there either.
Tried doing a search in here for it.....no joy in mudville.

I've FINALLY found where to DL the manual....but still want the help file.

Can ANYONE give me a link to where I can DL the help file? Please?
